any exchange function coming soon for IRON?

I don't mean exchanging IRON for games either, I mean running a matching order book DEX within this framework/client.

Theres a ton of room to grow for this project.

  • The official current answer is-
    IRON is not a cryptocurrency
It’s a digital currency meant to stay in the Robot Cache ecosystem
Did you know? IRON cannot be traded or sold

    Reference- https://www.robotcache.com/blog?post=3687

Note that this is a distinct difference from what RobotChache originally planned- https://www.forbes.com/sites/jasonevangelho/2018/04/05/3-reasons-why-steam-competitor-robot-cache-will-succeed/ which was- "Crucially, it won't be a form of cryptocurrency that's useless outside of Robot Cache. It can be traded and cashed out into regional fiat money, meaning you can mine for games or simply mine for cash."

So right now when you mine- it is only to be able to buy a game in the RobotCache store, but since you only 'sell' it to be able to buy another game in the store, you can't ever get back any of your money, so in my opinion you never truly own it. You are locked into their system. And when you mine- be aware you are actually mining real crypto FOR THEM, earning them real money like BTC or ETH...and they give you play money that is nothing more than monopoly money, never to be real again.

They said they did this because of the difficulties doing the original way because of government.

BUT- One thing we do not know yet, Atari and their soon to be released Atari Token project is partnered with RobotCache (not officially announced yet)....so we don't know the details. But if Iron can be swapped for the Atari Token, and then the Atari token cashed out for real world money... maybe that will fix the HUGE problem of not actually owning or selling 'property'....
