I don't have any Antivirus software yet I can't get my RTX 2080S to mine

First off, I haven't used an antivirus software on my PC since 2009. I even disable Windows Defender using a useful piece of software called "DefenderControl" (I don't recommend this AT ALL if you're not a tech savvy). That's how much I hate false positives. I don't get why Robot Cache Client thinks that I have an antivirus preventing it from using my GPU to mine. I only use NetLimiter to allow Internet access to certain executables, and RC has all the access needed (inbound, outbound, and even critical priority with 100% bandwidth). Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? I'd really appreciate it. I'll keep looking until I find a solution, then I'll post updates here if possible. Peace.

    FIXED! Did a clean installation of NVIDIA's latest drivers without GeForce Experience after using Display Driver Uninstaller to remove the previous drivers completely. YAY! <3
