The mining tab has an estimate for the GPU on it. Doesnt seem to be very accurate though. Mine bounces from 110w to 165w on my gtx1080 even though the load, power, AND core clocks do NOT fluctuate. You can buy a kill-a-watt device for around 15USD. Your UPS might also tell you if you use one. You could then take your TOTAL and subtract the GPU estimate.
if your cpu is ryzen then you can download AMD ryzen master. It show you cpu power (in watts) and soc power (in watts) but dont forget there are other things that your pc draws power like your gpu (just to stay on) or your power supply. The best way is: buy outlet power meter.
