I've reached both goals, but didn't get neither 5,000 nor 10,000 IRON, because I wasn't lucky enough.
I think once I got 50 and the other time 100
I got 50 both times. Im pretty sure you can't get 10,000 (maybe)
I legit got lucky and got 1.000 Iron with one of my levels.
By myself I made just over 110 Iron so far with 150 hours put in.
