Launching a game
Earned a free copy of Sonny, but it just will not load when I click play. Anyone else have issues like this?

Are you attempting to click on play from the website or the RC Client software? You will want to download , install and play on the client.
I'm installing it from the client software & hitting play (which is oddly grey). Goes green then a few moments later...it's back to grey & play again. I've confirmed the licenses arelready a few times.
@poony1 best option is to take this to a support ticket, if you can submit a support ticket at help.robotcache.com can better help you there.
yes, i have the same problem. but i have played sonny once a time. but the next day the game was not in the stash...
@MadMulinero74 Should be all good now, as the issue was resolved.
